is to go for a walk in the morning to see what

                     birds I can encounter.

Birds vary in size, appearance, feather

colors, so bird watching is always fun. I want to

share three tips to help you understand why

bird watching is so much fun.

First just go outside. There are many places

to watch birds in Taipei and different birds will

be in the same place at different times. I

recommend- Beitou Guizikeng River. It is rich in

insects, shellfish and frogs and so attracts birds

there to look for food. Depending on the

season, you can see winter birds, yellow magpie,

grey magpie, myna, dove and herons.

It’s also good to just listen to the sounds.

If you’re a beginner, maybe you are curious

about how to find the sounds, but birds are hard

to spot, but easy to hear. You can simply close
