And then I heard the sound of my name floating
on the night air like music. “Nana,” Mom cried when
she reached me. “I was worried sick,” My mother threw
her arms around me. Then I saw my mother’s dress was
full of blood. And her hand was bleeding still. I couldn’t
believe that I had hurt my mother’s hand.
She always brushes my hair with those warm
hands. She always makes my clothes clean with those
warm hands. She always cooks delicious meals for me
with those warm hands. She always cleans the place
where I could stay nicely and fell safe with those warm
hands. She has taking care of me and brought me up
with those gentle and warm hands. “I’m so sorry” I
hugged my mother tightly.
What a important first lesson of my life! I keep
this deeply in my heart. “I’m so grateful to have you as
my mother”!! “Thank you and your warm hands are
with me always.”
