                     family members and friends. Although I don’t


                     play baseball very well, I really enjoy playing



                     baseball with my dad in the ballpark. He is not


                     just my dad, but also my best buddie. He always



                     practice throwing the ball with me. I would like


                     to work on my speeding and strength. It will



                     help me to hit the ball farther and allow me to


                     have more time to run. If you are also a sport



                     lover, don’t forget to do a warm up before any


                     exercise. Warming up help reduce muscle



                     soreness and lessen your risk of injury.

                     the game, I can feel my blood is boiling. The
