There were also lots of European style buildings. The
beautiful hills; the green lawn; the sturdy sheep,
everything in my eyes was unforgettable.
The next morning, we drove to Mt. Hehuan and
to our surprise, we saw snowflakes falling from the sky.
The snow was piling up as we were driving forward. To
me, a boy who had never seen snow, it was a moment
of excitement.
However, the staff of the Mt. Hehuan Service
Station stopped us for safety reasons. We were asked
to install snow chains before driving to Taroko. We
didn’t have any, so we had no choice but to drive back
to Cingjing Farm. We were really disappointed.
But, on our way back to the farm, I was actually
quite happy because we made a little snowman on the
car hood. As we descended, the temperature went up
and the snowman began to melt. It was so funny.
We spent another night in a European style inn.
