museum it was scorching hot. But the

collections of the museum really surprised me. I

saw many golden masks and mummies. The

mummies were wrapped with layers upon layers

of bandages. The mummies had no hair and

their teeth were all black. It was my first time in

my life to see real mummies, I felt a little scared

and not excited.

We also visited the Pyramids of Giza. There

are 3 big pyramids there. The pyramids are

really amazing. They’re not only big but also

very tall. They’re made up of many large

stones and it took many years to complete. I

was wondering how people so long ago were

able to build such impressive structures.

During the trip I also tried riding a camel.

Before the relaxing camel ride, I had to stand on

a stool, because I wasn’t tall enough to get
