I imagine the list of demands would never

end. Any changes I made could easily make a

situation worse rather than better. So finally,

after much thought, I understood what I would

do if I were the principal. Nothing, well let’s

just say I wouldn’t make any unnecessary

changes in my first year.

During that time, my number one goal

would be to listen, learn and understand the

needs of those around me. Of course, like

everyone, I had to listen to my superiors. But on

top of that, I would like to learn more about the

parents, teachers and students at my school. I

would listen to their problems and desires, and

find out what can be done to increase the

fulfillment my students will achieve in their lives.
